Refund Policy

✅ DistillPrep is currently free during Early Access. No payments are collected at this time, so no refunds are applicable. This policy applies to any future paid plans.
1. Current Status — Free Platform
As of May 2026, DistillPrep is entirely free to use. We do not collect any payment information, subscription fees, or one-time charges. All platform features are available at no cost during our Early Access phase.
This refund policy is published to be transparent about how we will handle payments once paid plans are introduced in the future.
2. Future Subscription Cancellation
When paid plans are introduced, you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility (Future Plans)
Due to the digital and educational nature of our content, refunds will generally not be issued once access has been granted. However, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Technical Failure: If a critical technical issue on our end prevents access to the platform for an extended period.
- Within 24 Hours: If you subscribed and have not accessed any premium content, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your first charge.
4. How to Request Support
For any billing concern (including duplicate charges), email us at support@distillprep.com with:
- Subject: "Billing Issue — [Your Name]"
- Your registered email address
- A brief description of the issue
- Transaction date and amount (if applicable)
We respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as we introduce paid features. Any material changes will be communicated via email and reflected here with an updated date.
